Herman Johnson Jr. serves as an Independent Account Manager with Pulse4Pulse, the cardiovascular diagnostic testing company operating in 32 states with international capability. In that role, he partners with physician practices to bring early-detection screening to the patients who need it most.

He is also the Founder and President of the Pulse4Physicians Community Outreach Partnership Program (COPP) — an independent program he built to extend each partner practice's reach into the community it serves. Through COPP, physician practices connect with faith leaders, first responders, civic groups, employers, schools, and senior centers — the trusted community leaders who reach the patients most likely to benefit from cardiovascular screening.

Herman's professional foundation was built over 33.5 years of service with the Jersey City Fire Department, New Jersey's largest municipal fire department, from which he retired after a career of public service.
